One of my best friends just had Gastric Bypass (8 months ago), and she has had excellent success in weight loss, but it seems for every 10 lbs lost, she's had to pay for it one way or another, through rashes, nausea, illnesses, and several post surgical complications. I told her that she made a pact with the devil, yes, she'll get the results she wants, at an astronomical rate, but it won't come without it's consequences. I guess the best thing is, she is now a healthier weight, and she has probably added years onto her life because of it. So all in all, hooray for losing!! !
