I've dropped 3 pants sizes!

So I've been losing a lot of weight lately. My pants have been way too big for a few months now. I don't use a scale and weigh myself because it's depressing, but my girlfriend took me to Kohl's where I actually fit into a pair of 36! My old pants are 42. She bought me some new pants and smaller shirts and all I can say is I look better and feel better about myself than I have in a LONG time.

How did I do it?

I didn't change anything with my diet. I'll still eat fast food, drink probably over a gallon of Coca Cola per day (I should stop that cuz that's just unhealthy period), but all I did was start doing push-ups, sit-ups, and 50 pound arm curls and laterals every day. No running, no jogging, no walking, just those 4 things every morning when I wake up and here I am today 3 pants sizes smaller.

I'm very interested to see what happens when I get into Basic and I CAN'T drink Coca Cola and I HAVE to eat right, and I'll be running and all kinds of shit. I got these results from doing minimal excersize, so I just can't wait to find out where I'm at when I graduate.

w00t!!!!!!1!

Well, whether it does or not, it's a fact that it's easier for guys in general.

actually, his maleness probably has a lot to do with it - men, having more testosterone, can build more muscle, and more easily, than women, and muscle burns more energy than fat. if i were a betting man, though, i'd bet that he's actually gained weight, since muscle also weighs more than fat.

I disagree. Besides... what are you complaining about?
