And for the record.. I've been gulity of some of this when I first joined... with certain members. I understand it can take time for people to "learn" each others methods of communicating and get comfortable with them. But it shouldn't be as bad as it's been lately....

Marc, this was a much-needed thread. Sometimes we need a gentle reminder from time to time. For others, you can say it till you're purple, and they just don't get it. It's quite obvious that there are guilty consciences here. Get over yourselves. We ALL needed the reminder.

I've thought about it. I'm really not sure I have the time nor the patience for it. I've been thinking of dialing back my internet forums time... I'm getting too easily distracted by it all and other things are suffering for it. We'll see....

we should always bear that in mind when we do what we do.

Marc gave us all a reminder and it was well timed and well done and appreciated.

One person might be the focus, but it creates a ripple effect that begins to draw others in.

"In strict accordance with the rules".... Mark was not giving us a THALL SHALL NOT.

he was simply saying "hey - people - let's fix this ok??"

if this was MY board that is EXACTLY how that rule would read. that would be rule number one: don't be such a dick, and yes you know who you are.
