Free Website question

I can buy a domain for $5 for a year. Then I want to forward it to a free website (yahoo has free domain forwarding). My question is, are there any free websites that don't have the free banners on them? For example, free webs is awesome but at the bottom of the screen it says "For your free website go to www.freewebs.com"

Do you know any free ones that don't have that?
