honeymustard02 Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 I usually have nothing because I don't get up with enough time to eat before work. At my first break I usually grab something from one of the vending machines and a drink.
Homicidalheathen Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 I know it was wierd. Thats why I posted it. Usually mine is chocolate soy milk cause my tummy doesn't like mornings.

Homicidalheathen Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 I now have breakfast envy. Usually up the excersize when I increase food too...I need more protien so I can start lifting again or my heart will be weak. My arms are tiny these days.
Head Wreck Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 cerial bar, one jar of instant coffee. had to recreate the figures for last week as the person who covered for me once again fucked up, and then had the audacity to come from her workstation and tell me how to do her job when she had her own, task to worry about. nod, smile, ignore, eat the coffee beans. go put a mention in with my super, its now in the hands of the line manager, breakfast of champions is by far the cerial bar and the jar of coffee

JaneDead Posted June 20, 2006 Posted June 20, 2006 toasted pita bread with hummus and mediterranean salad. that is my usual breakfast. as long as i have those things ^ to make it. or a red skin potato and vidalia onions cooked til the onions are pretty over cooked or carmalized. i like them that way. (with spike - a seasoning. had to add the spike in there, i love it!) and sometimes portobello mushroom in there, if i have one. and then scrambled eggs and sometimes a piece of health nut toast. or an omelette of sorts.
