Hacking into Wi-Fi

:devil A buddy of mine did a little computer hacking,and was able to hack into a nieghbor's wi-fi internet.I told him to be careful,but if he can do that stuff,I told him to try finding out if any people on my block might have wireless internet.I just hope he does'nt get caught.I myself won't even bother trying to do this,and basically I do not know.Considering I am a fast learner. :devil
