Low Riding Pants Against the Law?

If MI does this I'm fucked! All of my pants show "butt cleavage." They are the only ones that fit me right...BUT they are so low I can't wear underwear so I guess I'm okay...?

my daughter is often called "plumber" casue she has a J-lo booty and her crack is allways showing not matter the size or style i get her...... i can just imagine a 7 year getting a $50 ticket for showing her Barbie panties...........

Just for clarification, from what I can tell in the articles, these are pants that people purposely buy many sizes too large and then let them sag halfway down their butts or further. I don't think it actually has to anything to do with hip huggers like a lot of girls wear. (See example below.)

But if this is the case, does this mean that plumbers will be getting tickets, too?

well this law brings a whole new meaning to "FASHION POLICE"!!! lol lol sorry it was easy he he

However, this does bring up a whole can of worms about what laws are infringing on another's rights. I may not LIKE looking at someone's underwear/boxers/whatever underclothes hanging out of their pants, but as long as they're not exposing themselves, who am I to say anything? And that's really where the line is. If this goes through, next thing we know, they're going to start putting limitations on how many piercings you can have on your face.

I can see how this could fly...

Your rights end the moment you violate someone elses rights. if I wanna see butt cleavage... I'll ask.

But who do we ask???

Your rights end the moment you violate someone elses rights.

How does wearing low-rise pants violate anyone's rights? The "offender" isn't naked, and it's something you can very easily look away from.

Your rights end the moment you violate someone elses rights.

And also criminals do violate peoples rights and still have rights themselves.....

all... my.... pants.... are low risers

low... ri-ders... show my butt clevage

Wearing low riding pants is NOT a violation of anyone's rights! Besides, I've never had any complaints about my butt cleavage...it's cute. LOL

So modest too.

Never modesty when it comes to ... phee?

I don't have a problem with this style. But some people take it to a degree that just looks stupid.

There was a kid in the mall the other week. He pulled up the back of his shirt to access his wallet, and his pants were belted BELOW his crotch line. I was greeted by a big, gross, ass wearing a pair of long-leg grey underwear.

I mean, come ON. I don't want to see that.

Has anyone else heard this called "jailing"? I read in a novel that the style originated in prisons, where belts aren't allowed. Thus the saggy pants.

Posted

what i heard was that it started in prison, and it allowed for easier, quicker "access" for "intimate" encounters...

now, why the fuck would someone want to copy that!?!? :ermm:

i heard biz markie started the trend. that is what he said anyway. said he has been doing it since he was a kid.

you, you got what i neeeeeed. but you say he's just a friend. you say he's just a friend. oh baby!! you... got what i need. no biz, sorry, you don't.

LMAO some girl played that at work today and I just about died thinking about this thread...not to mention that the girls at work have started to alter their g-strings to sit lower so the top of their ass crack comes out of the top, showing butt cleavage...is if it isn't naked enough already...?!

Posted

Fashion-wise, I've never seen a more stupid trend than when a guy wears his pants that low. My brother-in-law wears his that way, as he likes looking like a thug. It's just stupid. I mean, let's say you have to run. Isn't it a pain in the ass if you have to hold your pants up the entire way?

Edited because my "h" button was stuck

it is funny to me when i see these guys pull their pants up when they wear them like that and when they pull them up they are pulling them up to UNDER their ass. cuz they have started to fall to their knees.

I think it looks stupid when guys wear pants down that low. It looks equally stupid when they are holding the pants up.

I also think it's disgusting to see but crack. I don't care how beautiful the person is I think it's gross. I think it's equally tacky when the thong or G-string sits above the pants hip line.

I disagree, I think it's very sexy on a woman.

The actual bill being pointed out above is now, dead as a doornail.

The broader subject of "what level of exposure (of whatever, including "undergarments")" is acceptable in public is, will be and has been since time immimorial a debateable subject. One persions opinion about "how it looks" is rarely of much concern, its sort of a "cultural average opinion" in a given area that decides whats acceptable and what isnt.
