I still need to work on male anatomy, but yes, he's blind. He has a VERY strong sense of smell and a very long tongue to lap up any blood that spills. Three mouths, the two on his head and the one that happens to be smiling set in his chest.

He gets around by crawling or 'slithering' as his arms are bound behind his back and he may be part Mirrorilore as he has 3 slits taken out of his torso and there's no visible bone structure or organs within.

(( Notice how his collarbone contours make an Eye illusion and it ends up looking like a face is set in his chest? ))

I kinda like this, but the shading could most definitely be better.

That's partially where I got the inspiration from. I was told 'chompy' was called a 'Facemouth'.

Wait a minute, that guy wasnt by any chance the 'Odor Eater' from some cheesy 'Aliens from outerspace' horror flick was it? They ended up engaging in a basketball game with humans and lost.......?
