Fierce Critter Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 So, with my insomnia and no cable, I see a lot of late night commercials while waiting for Fear Factor to come on at 3:00 a.m. Have you seen the latest commercial from Lover's Lane? It features several scenes of a man and woman wearing different items from the store - lingerie, sexy dresses, etc. - in different poses & areas around a house, sharing items you can purchase there. Like, in one shot, they're wearing lingerie and one of them is giving the other a drop of edible body oil on the tip of the other's tongue. Then in another shot, they're stroking each other with feathers. Etc. Now, the first time I saw this commercial, I had the sound rather low. And the final scene is both of them, and it's like he's sitting correctly on a couch, and she's sitting across him lengthwise on the sofa. She's wearing what looks like a bra & panties, and he's wearing an open robe or something. She's making "ooh-ooh" faces, and then that's the end of the commercial. The 2nd time I saw it, the volume was louder. And during that last scene, you hear, "BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!" ROFLMAO Anyway, have you seen the one where they use some remix of Goldfrapp's "Strict Machine"? I can't for the life of me track that particular remix down anywhere. Are you familiar with it? Know where I can find it or what it's called/who does it so I can find it myself?
Scary Guy Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 Technically this should go in music. Yeah, kinda annoying how every commercial is using "Strict Machine" right now as its background music.
Fierce Critter Posted August 23, 2006 Author Posted August 23, 2006 The Lover's Lane commercial that uses a version of it came out months, if not a year ago. It was only when Verizon used it on it's current commercial for the "Chocolate" that I was able to identify it.
Saephyr Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 You wanted to hear that buzz you naughty Critter!
