My best friend Linda and I were having lunch one day. Tomato soup and grilled cheese (my favorite but you have to dip the sandwich, and yes I'm a strange one) with pickles on the side. Her pickles were soggy. About a month prior a psycho ex girlfriend of mine hacked into my yahoo account. I was looking for a new name, and telling Linda her soggy pickles sucked, she told me I should see if crunchy_pickle was taken as a name. I've been using this name since 2002 (the same ex hacked crunchy_pickle so i changed it to crunchy_pickle2002). Oddly enough this was a girl I split up with over a year prior to this. At any rate, I've been crunchy_pickle for a while now and have the same name on the DCC forum. Most of the people I know from City Club call me either Kevin or Pickle, and I respond to both.

I tried registering a few times and it didn't work out for me for some reason. Thought I'd try again yesterday morning for some reason, and got the confirmation link today.

I just opened up this account but...capuchin is the name of my favorite monkey. It's kind of my "current" for a number of different things online--I also have capuchin as my email address and a variant of it is my livejournal name as well. I got into capuchin monkeys when I was in the amazon last summer and had capuchin monkeys at the resort we stayed in =)

way back in irc, i used the name slav3_kitten the 3 in slave was to sneek around a buggy swear filter that kept kicking me from a channel i OP'd for. then i quit using irc cuz stuff came up, 6 years later i'm cuddling in bed with my g/f (who left me a while aog) watching a movie, i was nuzzling into her cuz i was kinda down. she said something like "Awww your so cute an cuddly, just like a kitten" so i rembered Slav3_Kitten an started using it again, then i got back on IRC cuz i got a little furry thing goin on, an i was chatting an they were like "hey you going to morphicon this year/" i was like morphicon? looked it up on google, decided to go to it, got down there was going to register under the name "Slave_Kitten" but then i thought it was a little too suggestive an went with "Kitten" so now some people refer to me as Kitten irl or my natural name joe.
