Im actually suprized at the traffic. I didnt expect so many people to switch over to this board (which isnt even offically "launched" yet) this soon. I assumed people would hold off until the day came when they were forced to switch due to the fact that all the old links lead here instead of to EZ board.

Probably a good sign nonetheless.

yeah i like this board better than the ez-board set up. so that is why i have planted myself here.

My initial reason for making the change was to cut my losses post-count-wise.

That's already been discussed on EZBDGN. But could be some people made the move for the same reason.

And once I came here, I also liked it better and decided to stay.

I'd hate to see, at this point, a return to EZBDGN. I'm not on the "inside", but I can't help but wonder what would move toward a decision NOT to keep this format.

The only concern (There were several in the begining ,but now only 1 basicly) is the fact that the payment system is not as robust as the Ez Board "community chest" system is, and it will take addtional administration headaches to keep it running as there is no true equvilant to the ez board community chest with invsion. Basicly its gonna have to be a manually administered paypal account.

i have a question about "promotion". i think with ez-board it was easier for people to just stumble upon dgn that way. (not saying i like ez-board better because i don't at all)

what is the plan for promotion now? other than word of mouth and "spamming"?
