kellygrrrrrl Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 My list will be in the order of scariness.....(Scariness for me...meaning, they scared me to the point of nightmares, and or sleeping with my door open for 2 weeks strait) Texas Chainsaw Maecre (original) 28 Days Later Dawn of the Dead (the new one - the old one is cheesy but still awsome) Exorcism of Emily Rose Exorcist The Hills Have Eyes Saw I typically think Horror films are cheesy....but these one really scared me.....for real!

HipsterDufus Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Oh yeah, I don't know if The Shining is considered a horror movie, but that's also one of my all-time favorites.
phee Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Ah... if we are talking funny (it said scary earlier) Then yeah... evil dead movies, shaun of the dead
HipsterDufus Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Ah... if we are talking funny (it said scary earlier) Then yeah... evil dead movies, shaun of the dead I dunno... I actually jumped a couple of times in Shaun of the Dead so I actually do think of it as a genuine horror movie (what can I say, I'm a jumpy movie viewer).
phee Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I dunno... I actually jumped a couple of times in Shaun of the Dead so I actually do think of it as a genuine horror movie (what can I say, I'm a jumpy movie viewer). One that was funny and also kinda creepy was Shadow of The Vampire
Slept with ghost Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 the evil dead was scary dead by dawn and army of darkness kinda changed that around but in a good way my big problem with the childs play movies is that the first one had promise hell even the 2nd wasnt that bad either but when the 3rd came out it just became a mockery of itself and killed the franchise jeepers creepers on the other hand was always bad
Gothmama25 Posted September 18, 2006 Author Posted September 18, 2006 Most horror movies are not scary but funny to me. Although "Acronophobia" scared the hell out of me cause I'm already deathly afraid of spiders.
