Old Account ?

I proly should have addressed this a couple years ago. I was lazy.

When DGN switched over, I lost my old EZBoard account info stuff.

Proly my own fault, I just created a new account here. But I was wondering if there was any way to transfer it over. And it just poped into my head now to ask.

Ok well the old account info transfer thing... the problem is EZ Board sucks. Theres no way for me to "look you up" to even see what your old account info is.

You probably can , get your old account info and login to ezboard and make a post with that account and then your info will show.

Then i need to do some research and figure out how to change a few parts of your account that requre custom SQL querys.

I can do it , just might take a little while. Back in the day i had it all sorted out and could do it pretty quick but its been awhile.

But there is no one named "Spacin" as far as i can tell. Was that the exact spelling? I sorted it by all names with the letter "S" in it and nothing remotely like spacin came up.

Even came up with people like darkoverlordofevilness (one of the few people to ever be banned from the old DGN haha) and crytpickisses who i do remember from way way way back in the day.

Thats the right spelling, I'll go try too. Being that mine was a local account just for your board it might be gone. :( (I'm sure they proly only keep global ones if the board is gone too)

Leaving was something I have regretted in some way shape or form pretty much the whole time. (and she's long gone)

But as it so happens Portland is full of peeps that grew up in MI, including my GF. And though she is not big on moving back, she does want to visit as much as possible. So hopefully I can make it back soon.

I could find my 6spacin9 one, but that one is no better and was hardly used but a few times. It was global so I'm sure thats why it's still there.

Funny rthat theres no spacin ones, I remember back then I couldn't get a global one cause someone already had it.

Oh well, I may have an old printout of some old TSB thread somewhere, it could at least have my original join date on it maybe.

Ok found it,......it was an old "You might be goth if..." thread, but it's no help, ezborad did not display join date and I'm not on it anywhere. but it is old. Troy only had 3967 posts and Head Wreck only had 152.

When did you leave for Oregon? How long before that were you on DGN? Whats a conservitive estimate of how many posts you had? 1000? 3000?

Your current GF grew up out here? Wow interesting. Maybe she'll want to move back... the air here is better for her skin than the air out there!

I know for a fact that Spacin joined within a week or two of my joining. I don't remember if it was before or after.

HHHMMMM...... Yeah you gave me the info at CC like right after I started showing up there regularly. You had a sixpack of girly drinks in one hand and a card in the other. That was in like late summer of 2001 I believe. (I started going about may/june)

I do remember listening to your show while getting ready to go to the club, yes. And missed it when the station manager decided to be an ass.

I also remember there being like only several people on the board at the time.

I joined before my divorce was finalized in august, I seem to remember posting about it.....

That's proly about as close as I can get.

As far as # of posts go, I know it was over 1000, proly closer to 2000 but I can't be sure. I had a few upsidedown glowing crosses....... The # of posts is not as important as join date to me. I just feel so "new". And in a way I am (with the being gone so long), but I'm also a veteran of the board.

Yeah she grew up just outside of Battle Creek. I don't know about getting her to move, she likes it out here. But she does want to get back to visit.

Oh and my dad added more large rocks to e driveway.............hehe.

That could be right, just before the holidays. I'm really bad with remembering when things happened in the past.
