cars are great. some go fast in straight lines. some go fast round corners. the ariel does all that except carry groceries.

and the kids dont like sitting on hot engines either

OOPS I was away for a day or two.

Actually I have owned 2 Trans Ams, a 82, and a 89, and loved them!

The lease was criminal when I went to get one a few years ago, and that is how I ended up with the RSX.

Trans Am's are my favorite car, but I also enjoy and love my RSX.

In fact I am thinking of a second car, which may be a Trans Am.

Is anyones else a RSX owner here? Just was curious.....

I know a decent amount about cars and work on them myself. However, I'm poor as sin, so I can't really offer much in they way of, "Yeah, I just forked out $4000 on a turbocharger!" I've personally changed shocks/coil springs, done brake jobs (including drum brakes!), changed a radiator, etc. Plus, with gas at $3.00/gallon (don't worry, it'll come back and then some), I don't really see the point of owning a fast car any more.

Of course, I say that and I'm looking to replace my Saturn with an older black Saab 9000 turbo that's a sweet deal. =)
