I'm having a really rough time with follow-up these days.

Please know I'm not outright ignoring you. I'm just not really doing well at just sitting down, and spending the necessary mind-work on this sort of thing lately.

Sometimes I initiate things on a "good day" or even just a "good moment". But then by the time I've gotten a response, my energy, motivation & willpower have gone *POOF* again.

Starting new meds soon, so hopefully that will help.

No need to respond here, just wanted to post one all-inclusive note because it's easier for me than responding individually to the, oh, 8-12+ people who have contacted me about something in the past few weeks and to whom I haven't responded. I feel really rude and want you to know I appreciate your contact, no matter what the subject. It's nothing personal, even returning phone calls to my family has gone by the wayside.

Hey i had 3 good friends when i dissapeared for 9 months... came back... still had them same 3. If they care enough they'll still be around.

Nice of you to give a heads up though.
