It should be noted... The basis of the exploit is that you're gullible enough to succumb to a phishing email or web ad. But then again... if you're using IE, you're probably pretty gullible. :-)

there's nothing wrong with the motto - they acknowledged that that's what the customer wants... they never said that's what they'd get!!!

I'm sure the folks who do that kind of thing took a supposedly-more secure IE as a double dare ya-type personal challenge... if enough people are just dead set on doing something, it's gonna be done no matter how elaborate the precautions to prevent it.

that said... I'll stick with FireFox anyway.
