Shouldn't come to many peoples surprise but IE7 has been released, and in under 24 hours has already started showing the signs of being exploited.

So much for the new IE motto:

It should be noted... The basis of the exploit is that you're gullible enough to succumb to a phishing email or web ad. But then again... if you're using IE, you're probably pretty gullible. :-)

I use it with no problems, all it comes down to is the user.

there's nothing wrong with the motto - they acknowledged that that's what the customer wants... they never said that's what they'd get!!! :shock::laugh:

I'm sure the folks who do that kind of thing took a supposedly-more secure IE as a double dare ya-type personal challenge... if enough people are just dead set on doing something, it's gonna be done no matter how elaborate the precautions to prevent it.

that said... I'll stick with FireFox anyway.
