Where 2 Shop In Detroit Area...

Hi there...

I'm coming to Detroit at the beginning of November and wanted to know if there is a decent shopping area(not a MALL) in the Detroit area that would have some punk/goth clothing and music stores. Maybe some resale & thrift stuff, too. I won't know my way around, so I'm looking to go to maybe 1 area and spend some time there. Any suggestion?

I'll only have 1 day or so...Sat. afternoon and maybe part of Sun.

Noir Leather - Royal Oak

Thanks...I was able to find Noir Leather online, but was hoping that there were a few more stores. Oh well, maybe I'll find something more of interest in the Detroit area. I'm spoiled living by Chicago. There are way too many stores down there in Boyz Town(Wrigleyville area).

heh, my sis used to live 2 blocks from wrigley field... nice area - lots of cool bars, too!

as for shopping, can't help, as i'm on the other side of the state...
