Rental houses are rare, and one's with a garage rarer still. There was one duplex with a garage but it was trashy. The place does have a carport on the left and behind it is a large shed built into the house with access to a good sized attic. If I really need a garage I'll figure out something. The house has three decent sized bedrooms and plenty of closet space. There's a good sized utility room off the kitchen too. No washer/dryer though. Gotta decide whether to go to the laundermat or rent or buy used.

Wow Marc, congrats! I myself love that area of Kentucky, but I suppose it's from many many family vacations there when I was younger to visit family. It's sad that you have to move out of state to find gainful employment, but I wish you the best of luck!
