It looks like only HeadWreck can see it so far. I get a redx in IE and in firefox it says "ipb image". I tried looking at properties and pasting the link, but I get "page not found".

No. It's just plain gross. Bad idea. Bad surfacing. Bad paint. Just all around bad. I'm sure the people involved are very proud of their work. I guess if the idea was to attract attention to the wheels on it.. (Looks like it's in a wheel booth at a car show.) then they may have succeeded. This assumes you subscribe to the theory that any publicity is good publicity.
