Been meaning to start this conversation for weeks, but it keeps slipping my mind.

Tina Root, formerly of switchblade Symphony has a new project called Tre Lux. for a good comparison she does a cover of one of switchblade's old songs bad trash.

any thoughts, comments? just currious on other folks's reactions, and i'm bored

I didn't like it that much. It was alright and there were some decent covers on it. However some of it just didn't sit right with me.

Maybe it's just the fact that it's her doing it and it's not done in the Switchblade style, I'm just not used to it, and it will grow on me eventually.

Favorite track on it is the Pure Energy cover.

depece mode cover is still the most played on my CD but all the tracks get a good runthrough EXCEPT yellow

LOL, yeah I don't mind it but I really hate how they stole from Kraftwerk's "Computer World" for that one song they have (I forget which one it is but it sounds exactly like it, just done with guitar).

I'm a sucker for piano though so give me a good melody on the ivory and I'm hooked. If they had instrumental versions of those songs I'd be happy.

That site has been up for a while and nothing new has come forth that I am aware of. I would like to see her get back into music again. SS ruled.
