I have done this dreaming on many occasions...you should sit & meditate to remember the whole thing..it COULD be your whole day...(NOTE: these dreams are often backwards in respect to our normal perception of the passing of time.)

You should just do studio recordings...the band & you never even have to play at the same time...so the levels can be lowered when you do your parts
