It doesn't look like it will be enforced anyway. If it were it would just stifle internet sales in that state... meaning, people that sell intangible products wouldn't setup base there. That only hurts that state, not help it. There are good ways to tax, and bad ways. This definitely falls into the bad catagory. It just shows he is out of touch with how business is run on the internet.

Quite frankly, this is laughable. Especially since the tax will be voluntary. I think it must be something in the air in Wisconsin; maybe the smell of cow does it. The only three famous people to come out of Wisconsin are psychos: Jeffery Dahmer, Ed Gein, and Joseph McCarthy. And then there's me.

Oh, and I'm sure things were worlds better under Tommy Thompson....
