I can tell you that in my case, just about everything I typed just about anywhere was printed out and submitted to the court and used in cases against me. It didn't get the other party anywhere, but it didn't stop them from doing it.

Um... Did people miss the part where he is trying to use what she posts here in legal precedings against her?

Though she does post about many things from her personel life that would make her look bad to the eyes of the court... I'm not sure how admissable any of it would be. I'm pretty sure it would all go into the hear say catagory... but, a simpathetic judge may let it go as evidence of her charactor...

If I were invovled in some form of custody battle or other civil legal matter... I would avoid going on a public message board and posting anything that might be used against me.
