DarkChylde Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 At last!! after all the month's I finally got the internet back, im using dsl (way lot better than dial up) im so happy that I can fully get online again. But there's seem ta be one little problem though, somehow the graphic's on my computer is all fucked up, all the icons, background and even the webpage is all in aqua color, plus I cant even see half of the words in websites and cant see them period when I tried talkin ta somone on yahoo. So, im wondering if anyone on this board knows how ta remedy this problem, any advice would be kewl. Although its awsome I have the internet again but I cant deal with these funky nintendo color graphics and I would like ta see the words I type when I talk on one of the messangers, I can see the words I type here now, but not anywhere else (by the way, y'all pix look too damn funny in this color though)
Dubh Aingeal Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 Sounds like either your video card driver is messed up or your card might be going bad...
Troy Spiral (13) Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 First off glad your back in action, at least with some sort of web access. Good to see you online. Its kind of hard without a bit more detail as to what kind of setup you have and a bit more specifics. Operating System? Web Browser? Did it ever work right? Do you remember anything happening that might have caused this / these problems? Have you updated all your relevant drivers? Messed around with the color settings (video card / monitor....) Could try re-seating your cards... Could go on for days with these kinds of questions.... If my health was in better shape i'd just say id come and fix it for you, but my energy level barely gives me enough to keep DGN afloat and try to make it out of the house 2-3 times a week at best.
The_Dark Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Everything is Blueish? Not good. Have you a second monitor you could plug in and try? At least try wiggling the your monitor cable at the pooint it plugs into your pc. It's not uncommon for the cable to get bent alot right there. That causes the wires in the cable to break. Broken wires in the monitor cable will cause the colors to go all wacky like that.
TomCat Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Good to see ya back, DC. Hopeful;ly you'll be around more buddy.
