Straining. Surprised you never got one giving birth. I know someone who screamed and got mad so bad once he got one in his eye for 3 days......they can inject skin ones I think with salt water or something to get rid of them I believe.

Yep, it will likely go away on it's own. I got a few once from rubbing my eye too hard when I had a migraine.
