Where on earth is the Dead Bodies art exhibition going to be? The one where real dead bodies have been plasticized is cool positions? Gunther von Hagens

did them I think...and if not, it's similar to his work...

The "Our Body: The Universe Within" exhibit is at the Detroit Science Center. This exhibit isn't done by Gunther von Hagens, but it's similar.

Gunther Hagens currently has three Body Worlds exhibits touring the country. None of them have come to Detroit yet, but Body Worlds II is in Chicago right now, at the Museum of Science and Industry.
