Navel Piercing Help!

Now that I've lost enough weight that I might want to show it sometimes, I want to get a navel piercing. I know nothing about it though. (Have had nipples, tongue, and labret done) I'm also new enough to the area that I don't know where to go. SO...

1. Where would you suggest that is clean, safe, and reasonably priced with a fair selection of jewelery?

2. Do you suggest top or bottom? Is one better than the other? Safer than the other? Migrates out or has healing issues less?

3. Anything I should look out for?
