Ecology was way hotter. We talked a lot about things like animal super-orgies, and 'sneaky mating' and other stuff. It was great.

But no, Ann Arbor is too far to go considering I have to get up for class tomorrow.

lol "dual slit". that IS dirty!

I smoke but I can really take them or leave them. I do not need them and do not feind out for them. The only time I really like one is when I am drinking.

I started when i was 18. I was never a heavy smoker. I totally stopped for about a year and now I buy a pack about twice a month maybe more if I am going to alot of concerts that month. I guess I do not have a very addictive personality.

Those with tech fetishes with have no trouble reaching blish around us if thats your thing.

Personally, I have never been inclined to smoke. I wont turn away a friendly drink, but tobacco: yes. Saw my grandfather die an early death due to the stuff sadly.

What is it with all these subjects turning to sex threads?

I misread the thread title as "Stroke 'em if you got 'em."

I need sleep. Must go to bed now.

I smoked from ages 18-20. I quit when I got pregnant. Then last year I started again but now I've quit again. My husband dips. I hate that. He used to get mad at me for smoking. I told him he needed to quit his habit too. He still dips.

I need to quit. I know that I need to quit. However, if you've ever been a smoker, you know just how hard it can be.

I never got addicted. All of my friends smoked and I was constantly around them, so I guess it just got got to be a habit for me. I can start and stop without stressing out over it. But good luck Brenda. You can do it!

Basically, my entire immediate family, and most of my... secondary family (?) (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents) smoke. My mom has been trying to quit for over a decade, unsuccessfully, switching between cloves, lights, and fucking virginia slims; my dad finally quit a couple of years ago because of heart and other health problems; my middle brother smokes something strong and nasty, though I can't remember what; my baby brothers smokes cloves, and sometimes cigarettes; they all smoke pot.

I have never even put a cigarette to my mouth. I was the kid who would make horrible faces and noises when people would light up around me, and flush my parents cigarettes in the middle of the night. We had a club in my elementary school for my class, called the "smoke free class of 2000 club." I had a pink t-shirt with the logo on the front.

My only real problem with smoke is that is hurts my eyes and makes my clothes smell bad. I let one person smoke in my car ONCE, and it stank for months because of it. The only time I've ever enjoyed kissing a smoker was when my girlfriend smoked menthols.

I have smoked pot off and on over the years, though I've always preferred the taste and smell of opium. Cigarettes are just icky to me. no thank you.

I’ve been smoking for11 years, and as of late smoke 1-2 packs a day. I love to smoke. I’m one of those people that light a new cigarette with the end of an old one. I’ll be smoking out of a tracheotomy when I’m older (think of the Denis Leary “Tracheotomy Man” skit. Replace man with woman). :nut

we both smoke way to much......We both want to quit, we both have tried and we both have failed. I dont even tell peopel any more when i am trying to quit casue we have tried so many times and failed.

*lighting up one now *

with the prices laltey we are now rolling our own which is cheaper, ($17 for a bag of tobacco makes 2 - 3 cartons/ $2. a box of 200 filter, and $30-60 for a nicer rolling machine ) Since i have been smoking the roll you owns, i have tried premade ciggs. and i dont like them any more! I can taste every other chemical they stick in the cigg..have you ever tasted burning amonia??????? . :blink . Pre made smokes make me :ralph now. I dont even know if they add these chemicals to roll your owns but i can tatse something diffrent in the two and i dont like it.

In my opion with no medical backing what so ever, i think it is the extra chemical crap they add to pre made smokes that causes the cancer and everything. I dont just what i happen to think. I might be wrong.

It would make sense that all the added chemicals are what causing the cancer. Amonia, arsenic and whatever crap filling your lungs can't be healthy. Maybe I will start rolling my own. I've quit a few times, but I always come back; I just like it too much!

No such thing as a healthy cigarette though. (I really wish there was).

Anything that's small particles inhaled into your lungs can cause cancer (and other lung problems). Even large amounts of dust can cause serious lung troubles. The extra chemicals in the commercial cigarettes probably help matters along too though.

Seems to me most would prefer a cigarette without chemicals just for the taste difference.

Yeah, if I was really worried about my health I wouldn't be smoking at all, hehe, but I suppose "roll yer own" would be not as harmful? Hey if they taste better, I'm all for it, but then again that will probably make me smoke more..oh well.

see..... I know somking sucks. I kno wit's abd for yo and makes you all stinky. And I've quit many times. But the problem is..... I like it. I like the feeling of smoke in my lungs and then the release of blowing it out.

Right now I'm not smoking - its been a good three weeks. But I AM drinking a beer....and one thing just sort of leads to another...

I have never smoked a cigarette or used any type of tabacco product in my life. A buddy of mine is has been hooked on chew for as long as I have known him, and 2 weeks ago he just found out he has gum disease.

I love the smell of cloves though. :swoon

I've never smoke regular cigarettes. Once in a *very* great while I will have a clove...I've had maybe 10 in my life.

Nope, nada, and three times as a joke, to pose for picture of riduculousness & ludicrous activities.

I never smoked, even semi regularly, never in the course of my existance have I touched a cigerette. Except weed and to me it doesn't count.

EDIT: Okay I touch them all the time, I just never smoke them. Most are people's used butts that I'm throwing away after the club closes.
