you can't force everyone to carry a gun. the only way to do that would be to make urban living so dangerous that it was unthinkable not to have one

Oh and my kids have been driving ALONE legally for 2 yrs now (they just turned 18) and I had them behind the wheel (eh illegally) at like 12. (In a park.....they had to learn someplace)
