Gauge Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I need a strapless bra for my dress so i go to vic's and try on. . .probably 5 different ones till i finally find my size that they had to actually dig out of the inventory in the back. i try it on, its perfect! (aside from still beeing about a size to small but ive learned to live with that) but its got these little fucking jelly implant things in it. . .WHY DO I NEED TO BE BIGGER?!?!? now my boobs are up under my chin and pressed down so tight i can hardly breath, and on top of that im going to be in my dads weading with these big fucking fun bags sticken out and pressed together, with a hell of alot more cleavage than any dad wants to see on his daughter and im lookin like a tramp! ok so asside from my rant, why do they honestly need to be putting "implants" in bras that are already made to fit girls with big tits
BrassFusion Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 The implants are for the girls whose tits are too small to fill out those bras.
Gauge Posted April 19, 2007 Author Posted April 19, 2007 its a 34 DD. . .its not like this is a little A cup that some girls maaaay not be able to fill out. . .there huge!
GOREgeouslyDecorated Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 not sure why they would add the jellie thingys in bras made for more top heavy chicks 'cos those are made for small chested people like me, LOL
Gauge Posted April 19, 2007 Author Posted April 19, 2007 POST PIX PLZ!!!!111ONE11!!! :D S.M.I.O.K. LOL i might if your a good boy
Homicidalheathen Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I hate those things. They are uncomfortable.
sass_in_the_pants Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I hate when they do that. So effing stupid. Seriously, I swore off Vic's for that very reason. I go to a specialty store in Canton. Their bras are $60 a pop, but let me tell you, they are the RIGHT size, and they don't put stupid inserts in them.
Gauge Posted April 19, 2007 Author Posted April 19, 2007 yea, unfortunately vic's is about the closest i can come to fitting me EVER. sometimes i can do fredricks (and their usually good about no inserts) but never EVER for a strappless. the biggest thing ive found there in a strappless was like a c i think (wich is probably why they have no inserts). other than that their general. . .meijers/walmart type stores and they just. . .SUCK!
Homicidalheathen Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 You wanna know whats REALLY funny and hurts as well? I took my kids when they were more like a imature 16 to sears and we were joking around and playing in the bras. Well we found these things...they inflate with air and a tiny little squeeze pump! It was inflatable cups in the bra...Like the Micheal Jordan basketball shoe but in a bra! So of coarse we were in there playing with those pissing off the old fuddy duddy sales lady... Making jokes about the sound of a tire going flat in the middle of class...... Then we found these water bra's. Equally as uncomfortable and risky if you ask me. You could spring a leak! I am so happy they are 18 now. Me and the older twin had fun in lovers lane today (they actually carded her!) looking at penis suckers. She said I needed one...I was like, no. I have dildos for that.

JaneDead Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 sometimes i think they do that for the girls who are big but not perky enough so that they get that little "boost" under the boob and look perkier. though if you get a good fitting bra that should do the trick on it's own so i really don't know why bras are like that either?? i think only a or b cup bras should ever have that for girls who might like that. i have yet to meet a dd who wants that extra gel boob in there.
odims_sphere Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 "boost" under the boob and look perkier. I think I need to change my pants now!

I agree with Jane, I think it is for the perkiness/fullness. Just because the size of the breast is large, does not mean that it is taut. Although you may be too "perky" for this to work...while wearing a normal bra, try pressing inward and upward from under the nipple. It does not make the breast appear larger but rounder/firmer, much more voluptuous. (Insert softball in a tube sock reference here) In a strapped bra, the straps help to pull the breast up while supported by the bra underneath. Strappless bras must push up all on their own.
TygerLili Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 My experience with Vic's is that they are only good for lingerie to wear as outer wear or in the bedroom. Every bra I've ever bought there as a foundation garment was over-priced and ill-fitting. If you're bigger than a C cup, the best places I've found to get strapless bras are department stores like Sears, JC Penney's or Macy's, or bra outlet stores. They may not be the prettiest, but at least you aren't spilling out of the cups or getting your ribs poked out with wires. And I have often wondered why they make padded bras in DD and DDD...

JaneDead Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 yea, they have DDs buut not 34s, the smallest ive found in a DD was a 40 you can find 36 dd as well. i have not really noticed any 34 dd out there though (i don't look for that size but from what i remember i don't see it) i have seen 34e at maternity stores and i think i have seen them at a specialty store too. specialty stores are the best for any size though they don't have a huge variety and really no pretty bras only practical ones if you are bigger.

Klaus Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 lol i agree, Pics please!!11!!1!1! but being serious, I have to say that they think that everyone everywhere needs bigger boobs! (which is untrue) so they implant these silicone gelly inserts and expect everyone to be content with them. myself, they help since i always have to stuff my bra, but every ex has said that they just add to much! damn you bra companies!!!
Marblez Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 ive been told maternity stores so many times but. . .their big and ugly and white. . .and dont work under any of my outfits What do those "mothers" need with fancy, sexy bras? Ppfft.
TygerLili Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 yea, they have DDs buut not 34s, the smallest ive found in a DD was a 40 I can't vouch for Macy's, but they did have 36 and 34 DDs when they were Marshall Field's and I worked there, you just had to look hard. If they didn't have your size in the store they could usually have it shipped from another store. I got a lot of my cool 36 DD and DDD bras that way. 34 DD is a hard size to find anything cute in. I was actually really glad when I gained weight in my ribcage and went up to a 36.
