Edited that last option for you.

I'd go with whichever one most resembles (physically) the current you, and crop it so that its a "portrait" . Im always pushing for more "real" pictures in peoples avatars. Tends to give the board a more friendly / personalized feel.

Thoes are some damn nice pics btw.

ok, even though jesus-beard me is teh winnar by far, and even though it is definitely the newest pic of me, im going to go with highschool me, cause i have shaved off the jesus and the hair (as you will note) has been grown out again. so maybe its just wishful thinking, but i think the pic from 10 years back is still close enough...maybe with a few greys added and a little thinner up top but...
