i just got an overdrive pedal for... uh... "willy the washburn" or whatever his name is gonna be eventually... this is so freaking awesome. i never realized how remarkably little skill it takes to play most of the shit you hear on the radio. i've been working so hard on just learning acoustic/clean electric... heh.

i'm gonna bring this thing to trixie's again and see if they'll let me do like a half hour set and i'll just call it "power chords in hell" and scream some bad poetry over the top of it
