Got a 50 cent raise today! Muhahaha yesss....now I am in the $8.50 an hour bracket which means I am fifty cents an hour closer to taking over the world. Got happy and had to tell somebody and figured I'd share the good word with all of you fine peoples.

Congrats on your raise though. It does make a big difference going from 8 to 8.50.

I recently got an 80 cent/hour raise...unfortunately, it only meant a higher tax bracket and an extra $17 in my 80 hour paycheck. Woot.
