Guest Megalicious Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I'm super excited ::digs out megatron shirt::. However they still haven't said if they will be showing it in IMAX at all. I'm really fucking bummed about that. IT'S FUCKING TRANSFORMERS >>> HOW COULD YOU NOT HAVE IT IN IMAX. I guess it doesn't really matter. I'll be seeing it either way, but I'm a dork damn it and it would rule so much more in IMAX!! ::sigh:: I guess we shall see.....
Reaper Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Yes it would be. But I am used to seeing it plainly over a TV or when the original movie came out in the 80s. So the new technology will already be a plus. I started thinking about buying up the current toys that are part of the movie.
CixWicked Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 If I were a Transformer, I'd so be an Autobot, styalized Combat ready Jeep, called BountyHunt... Yeah... I'm a dork. Show your dorkdom... who would you be? CixWicked

Reaper Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I would be a decetiphee... I would be a multifuctional light purple golfcart named Phobersquish Dude! I was thinking of nearly the same thing except with glowing neons below my golfcart called Gerthcontrol!
Msterbeau Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I would be an autobot... A jet black MINI Cooper that splits into three entities that overwhelm it's enemies by speed and cunning. My name: Atomtrike.
Shade Everdark Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 In the spirit of the current direction of discussion in this thread, I hereby offer this.
Guest Megalicious Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 I would so be a decepticon. No doubt about it. I would transform into a shark with a freaking laser beam attached to my head. My name would be ... Megalodon, and I would beat the living shit out of Megatron and take over the decepticon's and finally killing Optimus Prime. ::takes breath::

Guest Megalicious Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I broke down and bought regluar tickets today ::sigh:: I just don't get it. Something about watching huge robots on a ginormous screen give me a dork hard-on. This movie was made for IMAX, I wonder why those fucks didn't shoot it in the format ... AHHLDJGoiejognoehirklenoijfhygeioughw[0 HJ~~~!!!!
Destroit Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I'm so seeing it when it comes out, looks so badass. I'm a dork in that I'm excited that some of it was shot in the train station outside of downtown, and I'm a big abandoned-building history buff nerd. So now both of my dork loves, big transforming robots and abandoned Detroit buildings, are combined. w00t!

Speaking of old buildings, Mike Ilitch bought the GAR building. I wish I had enough money to have bought it. I'm assuming that they have regulations and shit because it's an historic buliding and all. But then again he owned the Maddison Lennox and look what he did to that .. stupid fuck. I loved that building. ::sigh:: Seeing Detroit on the big screen is just an added bonus. I can't wait.

I was so pissed when I heard they were tearing down the Madison/Lennox that I literally got in my car and raced right down there. I still have a brick from the Madison that I grabbed, really weird to see it all disassembled though, you could see the inside of every room in the whole building in broad daylight. Kk sorry, off topic, now continue with Transformers talk lol.
