I'd like to add that it lasts no longer than 10 seconds (this is cut down from 30 which my gay friends abused) after which time I punch you in the face if over exceeded) and is reserved only for good close friends like Troy. My favorite type of hug for these occasions is the handshake one armed hug.

Hot women can hug me as long as they want (subject to my ideals of what hot is) and is hopefully no shorter than 30 seconds. My favorite type of hug for these occasions is spooning naked in bed.
