Good guess Miss Critter, but please try again,

And when I say easy, I mean easy to cheat and look up the information online :cool :

I dunno. I've not heard of the movie Bitter Moon before and yeah, all y'all are gonna laugh at my guess, but I do know that Jan Hammer does a lot of electronic music, although I don't know if he's still in "business" or not.

I'm making it a point not to cheat by looking it up online. That's no fun!

Another try, though Ginny's is a good one - Angelo Badalmente (sp?)

No, that's not it either...but I love that man!!!

Alright alright I cheated finally

Don't know if this is right or not

This weeks question:

What is the "real name" of Skinny Puppy frontman/vocalist "Nivek Ogre"?

Posted

Ooh ooh I know this one without having to look it up!!

I'll let someone else answer though, since I was bad and cheated on the last question.

Posted

I'm only going to guess the first name, since it seems obvious anagram to me - Kevin.

This weeks question:

What band was "Sex Pistols" bass player Sid Vicious origonally the drummer for?

Posted

Siouxsie and the Banshees!

Posted

I knew that one, too.

Gonna ask the expected related follow-up question, Phee? You know, what pop/goth musician played guitar for S&TB for a short stint?

Posted

Woo hoo I know that one too!

OK here's a harder more "geeky" one:

What type of "antiquated" synthasizor generates it's sound by an individual real of audio tape attached and played by each key on the keyboard (ie: each key has it's own individual tape real) usually either choir sounds or strings?

This synthasizor could be considered an earlier version of a "sampler" and were notorious for the length of time spent having to tune it, and famous for the otherworldly and ambient sounds it coud generate?

have fun...

My personal fave - the Moog?

Posted

No... same era... and OMG I LOVE THE MOOG! but incorrect.

Posted

I'm pretty sure that's the melotron.

That was fast.... correct.
