...I love men...I want to get married and have kids one day and have a husband...but...there are just some women who I can't help but like...a lot... :p

I am very picky though.

i'm straight with a question mark

You know, the older I get, the straighter I get. I used to think of my self as bi, but now I would have to say that I'm a straight woman who likes to look at other women and occasionally likes to kiss other women, usually when alcohol is involved.

Based on my experience, women tend to be better kissers than men, though I think that's partly due to the fact that the men I've kissed have either been really good or really bad kissers, and the bad kissers outnumber the good ones. I don't think I've ever kissed a woman who I thought was a bad kisser, but I've noticed recently that kissing other women doesn't really turn me on either. Therefore I don't think I can say that I'm genuinely attracted to other women.

And the idea of two guys making out/fooling around used to turn me on in my teens and early twenties, but now it kind of has the opposite effect. Especially if one of them is someone I'd consider dating. I must be growing up.

I have become very BEANsexual.

In the past though, my legs were op--um, I mean, I was open to other experiences.

Life's too short for just one gender.

(FYI to GRG- "I want to end up with someone I can legally marry no matter what state I am in." )

Gay marriage in CA and MA, or even Canada didn't happen overnight.

It took decades of fighting for civil rights.

One day every state will allow marriage of same sex partners, and I think it will be in my lifetime.

We don't choose who is our true love.

If your true love had been a woman, and not Danny, present marriage laws would be the silliest

reason to not pursue it.

Until the 60s, many southern states didn't allow a Black and a White person to marry

Instead of sitting down and saying l wouldn't want to be in a state that doesn't allow marriage of all loving couples,

stand up and fight so that you and your friends too can live in a state that celebrates love, not discriminates against it.)

Straight, unfortunately. I say unfortunately because it seems waaay more common for guys to have crushes on me than girls. And that would have opened up the playing field back before I was married. Oh well!

Which is not to say I haven't given it a shot. Guys just don't do it for me. *shrug* And I don't know how anyone can stand kissing someone with stubble! blech!

Bi but i am attracted more so to the opposite sex.

Where's the trisexual option? They don't even take electric appliances into consideration...geez...

Fuck, gimme enough alcohol and I'll probably hit on your dog. Who knows.

Great! My dog could use a little action. :p

I'm quite comfortable being straight. The thought of even kissing another man makes me shudder. I honestly don't even understand how women can find men desirable. I'm sure this has a lot to do with my own poor body-image, but the male body is just disgusting to me.

Having said all that, I'm not a chest pounding, drooling, homophobic Neanderthal chauvinist. I'm very much in tune with the feminine aspect of myself, which is, I think, why I tend to have more female friends than male. I generally find it easier to relate to women. It's kind of hard to explain, but there are times when I feel very feminine, though it's not distressing or confusing to me. So where does this put me with regard to my sexuality? Is sexuality different from sexual preference?

It depends on the mood I'm in and how much booze is involved.

OK, seriously now--I'm not a trisexual as imlpied above. I consider myself to be straight. I had some experiences with women when I was younger, but I mainly like men. I find women attractive, and I do like to look at them sometimes, but that's about it.

LOL...my husband says the exact same thing. He's like 'Tell me again why women aren't all lesbians?' and I'm like 'Because we need boys to move our heavy furniture and you all try so hard we can't resist' He's not buying it. Ha!

Straight, definitely, but not conservative.

I do enjoy a good BDSM party once in a while. :)

Im too straight, I loves the ladies. I probably would be better off gay. I would date more if I was Bi. But damn I love you women.

Thank you for posting that, and thank you for being so eloquent

As a shirt I was given by a friend of mine says, "straight but not narrow."

I am comfortable enough in myself not immediately freak out (though it took time after 8 years in service to overcome, so if I do revert, I apologize in advance.) But I take it for what it is: a complement. I respect their life choice, but it is not a path I have been tempted to follow. I tell it to them as politely as possible, and thank them for the complement.

If however, they push the issue and forget no=no, then I get a little irate. That is when I get a bit more terse with someone.
