I got my laptop here and it was new (well slightly used and I am sure from a hacker and the software was prob illegal) with all the softwar included for 500 bucks.

actually, what you most likely got was an Off lease laptop. many companys lese computers rahter than buy them. When they turn them in for new ones.. the off lease laptops are sold off in lots. The company I used to work for specialized in selling off lease equipment.

I've been looking for a good, powerful laptop for my music.

Problem is - I don't have an arm and a leg for a new one and all the used ones I find seem to have terrible issues that make me think I'd be better off not buying a used one.

Fucking sucks it does.

I can be flexible but if I can keep it in my price range that would be great.
