What Is More Important?

I am thinking only the women or metro sexual guys will appreciate this one.

I was in a nail salon not too long ago getting a much needed set of acrylic nails and a pedicure.

Now, if your a girl....you know I was about to drop a good 75 bucks just to look good for my man.

So we are all sitting there getting our nails done.....about 10 women in all....with our hands and/or feet busy in a tub of water or covered in wet nail polish......

It is not Saturday the day they issue tornado warnings.....the 1st or 2nd....I think.......it was on a Sunday....so I knew the sirens had to be for real......

It was very dark and green and windy out......

Do you think any of us got up and tried to find decent shelter?

HELL NO!!!

We just all sat there giggling about it. Heh.

And it was a flimsy building with a full glass front.

I'm Not tryin to slam you at all,

What's to appreaciate about that?

That was a stupid decision.

If twisters did come along, & thank gods for you they didn't,

pretty nails aren't gonna do much for ya.

I could point the idiot finger, but ya know what? I would have sat there and giggled too.

If I really cared about my health, I'd put more effort into actually eating right instead of doing whatever fucked up thing I can just to lose a few pounds.

If I cared about my safety, I wouldn't drive like a jackass.

And, well, I wouldn't be subjecting myself to all those chemicals and possible assorted fungi that come with such processes.

I just want to be a beautiful corpse someday.

So what's a little twister..meh, at least my nails are purdy...one less thing for the mortician to worry about.

How many people at the gym do you think stopped working out and headed straight for shelter...I'm going to guess none. Big heavy machines and weights..mmhmm...

Seriously though, if you guys really thought a twister was coming, I would think (hope) you would find shelter.

I miss getting my nails done, though I preferred gels to acrylics, but I just can't justify spending the money. I'll never get a pedicure because I hate having my feet touched.

if you cared more about your health you wouldnt have been getting those disgusting things put on in the first place, those are so unhealthy for you and your nails not to mention why on earthy would you blow 75 bucks! the few times ive had to get them done ive never spent more than 30 and that was for the whole deal

its 30 for the hands and 35 for the feet plus the tip lol

But I get them because my nails dont grow from the divers. Just wanna look normal.

Seriously though is this not a great observation on human behavior?

10 of us had the same reaction and none of us knew each other. Make that 17 of us including the workers.

*giggles* yeah...there was a warning while I was at work, and a page that everybody had to get into an interior corridor. Me and about 7 others went outside instead.
