You enter by going through an unmarked door on the First Street side of the Ramada Hotel building, located at 400 Bagley Street in downtown Detroit. The club is at the top of the stairwell. (see picture in the link above in the DGN calendar entry)

All are welcome. Come meet some of us weirdos.

Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Alcoholic drinks until 2:00 a.m., pop and juices served all night.

Admission is $4

18 and up, 21 to drink with proper ID (no exceptions).

No drugs, weapons, chains or spikes.

Im from Brighton, the town next to DBK actually so I would start off on 96 east

2 good ways-

96 e all the way to 94 e, to lodge s. will get you straight there the way you're used to.

or you could take 696 to i-75 south, then either take the grand river exit, take a turnaround and head south on cass, or (easier) 94 W to lodge S, exit on bagley like usual

thought the lodge was closed and I couldnt do that... and im not "used" to going there, as I said in another post some where, I havent been there in 6 noths, so a refresher would be awesome.

the lodge is open south of davison.

take i-96 east all the way to i-94 east. it won't be long then before you hit m-10 which you would take south, because it IS open for that stretch. take the bagley exit on the left, go straight till you get to the ugly worn down building with ravers flocking to it. you really can't miss it.

OR you could google maps for a visual. i'm not so intrepid that i'd actually host street maps for you at a variety of resolutions

Yes....but you have to understand exactly how BAD Luna sucks total asscrack on Saturdays. If I wanted to see that many jocks standing around and gawking at me for being goth even though they're in OUR nightclub realm, well then, I'd just go to a frat party. Not trying to deter you from Luna, but Saturday isn't even anything special it's "alternative dance" and the last few times I went there I left really really unsatisfied. Just a warning. Also, not sure if this is important to you (because it is to me) goth people don't go there anymore. Royal Oak isn't trendy anymore what-so-ever it's basically one big Spoiled-Little-Daddy-Bought-Me-This city, just like Birmingham. Like I said, just a friendly warning.

Thanks for the warning, but I'm full aware of how Luna is on Saturday nights. Not important to me that goth people don't go there anymore, I don't classify myself as anything, so I fit in pretty much anywhere. I've been going to City Club for the past 13 years, for me it's starting to lose it's luster. I'm one of those who go there and go... I remember when so and so was here and yadda yadda yadda Plus there are some people (no one here on the board) that I just don't want to run into on my birthday, I'll be depressed enough by getting older
