And to add i read this article in cosmo about sex drive during a womans period.....its always higher. It also said that having an orgasm would relieve cramps and the sex feels better. I am not interested in sex on my period i just have a week of me staring at guys butts and muscles like a hungry monster.....but i can control myself.

I have one of the worst periods of most people that I know, that said, I can say that sex the day before and first day of do help, a lot.

ok ummm there have been times when i crave sex reallly bad durning my period... and there are things that help stop the bleeding durring the period that aren't tampons and pads and they work and it helps so he doesn't get freaked out by the blood... and it does help with the period... it really really does.

I crave being surrounded by people who are not going to piss me off, but they seem to be in short supply during that week of the month.

Food varies, but usually some kind of junk food like candy or chips.

As for sex, one month I'm all for it, the next month I'm going "Grrrr, don't touch me!"
