Some kind of a night. Where can I begin? Well, a few DGNers were out, but the overall "vibe" if you will, was quite unusual. It was a Friendly crowd.

I actually started my night Downstairs at the LAB. There was a CHAOS Productions show there, and the crowd was kinda light, but very friendly. I started my night heading down there alone, with the intentions of having a friend or two meet up with me later. I met a fwe ladies that i know from Myspace.com before my friends showed up, and ended meeting about a dozen "cool, interesting" new people (Which I provided with the DGN Promo cards that Troy had given me) They all tagged along & went up to City with us around 130ish (Hell yeah, we wanted last call, damnit!)

After arriving I ran into, chilled with, danced with, commiserated with the following:

and one or two more who's names would have stuck in my head if it weren't for the constant distractions (Booze, boobs, and conversation) my three lovely escorts at the time were providing. Sorry, I'll get the names down next time.

Ehhh, no more over 8 pitchers of beer and 3 glass of long islands for me no more, I think im slowly becoming an alcoholic without even noticing, I need ta slow down on the drinking there, I havnt had a terrible hang over like this in 4 years. I dont think I've seen much dgn'ers there last night but I sure met alot of new peeps and got couple of digits in my pockets lol, im surprised ta see my ex up there, I wasnt expectin ta see her there again, but I still had a blast, after awhile I had to sit down for awhile and gain my sences back in order before I started stumblin like a pirate with a wooden leg and bug people with my ol drunken tales. I believe i saw Tomcat after 2 am and then troy afterwards, I think I saw tydeus for awhile but im not sure, other than that it was kewl see'in you guys (Tomcat and troy) its always been fun chatting, even if its a short-while :grin:

Unfortunately, I missed the Lust show at the Lab on Sat. night. My plans changed. Still, Grant and I rented a room at the Ramada and were at CC for a while. We were both quite lit and had some absinthe in the hotel room :-). Anyway, though I was quite out of it, I remember seeing Troy, who was likewise out of it, and Tomcat. It was an interesting night, and the music was good--very danceable.

I was feeling a bit sick Saturday night and my ride was a bit wishy-washy about wanting to go or not, so i has assumed around 7pm or so that i wasn't going to make it then out of the blue at about 11pm ... ring ring ring... "hey lets go now!"

So off i went. Was very low on energy when i got there, spent at least part of the time just hiding out at random spots on the dance floor, deciding if i should suggest that we just go home (a bit sick) or not. Started feeling better later on though. =)

Finding tomcat helping out with promoting DGN was great. Cheered me up right as a low point of the evening was sinking in.

Was a bit too out of it to do a proper breakdown of who i saw/talked to and I'll probably mix it up with the week before if i try so ill discreetly bow out of the breakdown this week. :laughing:

I know i saw a ton of people but didn't talk to very many due to being out of it a bit. Had fun regardless, focus on the good stuff and try not to whine about the bad stuff and i almost always have a good time. :
