BrassFusion Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 cut or reduced processed sugars from your diet, force yourself to walk half a mile or so EVERY MORNING right after you roll out of bed, before you shower. might help.
odims_sphere Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 I had the same problem working construction all the time. I started taking just A simple multi-vitamin. Centrim (sp?) complete seemed to cure my tired-ness
Fierce Critter Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Get a decent amount of sleep - too much can do damage just as much as too little. If you're not into exercise, find something to do to move your ass a decent period of time in each day. It'll help you get more genuine sleep at night. Eat a balanced diet. Watch your sugars, fats, dairy products, etc. Boost yourself on "clean" foods like vegetables, lean meats, a minimal amount of carbs. Don't call it a "diet" - call it eating right.
SuZQZ Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 As stated above, exercise, vitamins and eating right are biggies. Don't eat too soon before bedtime, either. For me, finding a way to let go of the days stess is a biggie. Otherwise, I toss and turn and don't get quality sleep. Hope some of the suggestions posted help you out. I know what it's like, and it sucks.
Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 fresh fruit for natural sugars. and nuts for the protien. excorsise.. even dancing in your living room counts. do stuff. just keep moving. your body will adjust.
