Cometissa E Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 So I'm to introduce myself? Perhaps I'll just make it easy on the lot of you and repost my myspace profile.... Who you see..... is not me. Who you know, is who you want to know. Only a special few know my soul.... only a few can I feel any semblence of care for. But besides that point.... I'm one of the most memorable women you may ever meet. I'm Hubristic, Hedonistic, and an absolute Sadistic Mystic. Regardless of gender or orientation, most people are attracted to me because of my intense, smoldering sex appeal. I'm the succubus that doesn't serve.... unless I find you interesting or respectable, I will send your emotions and libido into a whirling storm. But despite that, I'm a balanced and content person.... I know satisfaction. Moon and sun, light and dark.... I'm the rarity that can find enjoyment in both. Those who know me, however, know that my loyalties will always lie with the black majesty of the night. So many people pick up on the darkness as a phase, or as a result of some misfortune in life. I've been the midnight-swathed marquis since my early childhood.... nothing will change that. Not a person, not authority, not experience.... not the infallible march of time. And I would have it no other way. Ah, how I do love a penchant for the literary arts...... any others who can string a pretty sentence together should message me, I'd be more than happy to talk.
freydis Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Too few have an appreciation for words well written. Welcome....
Msterbeau Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Welcome. That was quite the grand entrance. My artistry is visual. I'll let you live, though, since I do appreciate well written words too...
ttogreh Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Far too few of the far too many in this world do not appreciate the elegant beauty of a sentence well written. To excel in this medium takes patience, skill, and talent. Welcome.
Troy Spiral (13) Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 I read or have read quite extensively , with a bent toward classic lit or academic subjects. Philosophy, history, science , art being key subjects recently. But somehow that has never translated into good grammar or sentence structure even though i have tried. I have "Elements Of Style" on my to-be-read pile at the moment. I started out as a fine art / lit major and ended up doing computers for a living. Oh well life is angst ridden at times. I'll deal. Hopefully this wont be your only post here. Don't feel everything you write needs to be poetry its much more of a stream-of-consciousness type "community" here on DGN rather than the "diary" style of myspace. I know many people tend not to post for fear that their posts need to be "perfect". I try to discourage that line of thinking. If we are lucky we can trick... er i mean convince you we are all nice and you'll come visit more often and maybe throw your 2 cents in on a few subjects *points around at all the subjects* Welcome to the board. *happy thoughts* -Troy You covered some of this in your intro post but its against the will of the gods or some such not to post this: *drum roll* The DGN (welcome) Questions 2.1 ™ ©Formerly the "S.D.G.N.W.Q.P.S." Cometissa E Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Current location? Washington Township, Michigan.... oh I hate it, I just moved here last year. Swarming with hicks. Where from? I've been all over the metro detroit area Gender? Woman Work? Tobacco outlet School? One more year of government-paid learning Kids? Someday, I will have three of them Married? Debating if I will ever allow that to happen Single? Of course I'm single.... I'm picky and shallow. Probably one of the only bisexual people who are picky, in fact. Hobbies? Writing, reading, my pets, snowboarding, things I don't care to share How Did You Find DGN? Search engine Other Stuff? Bear with me on the elongated writing style.... I truly can't stop myself, it just happens. I once had to write a paper for school.... the teacher said it was good, but I had to condense it and take out a bit of my poetry. I couldn't do it, and got a lower grade because of it. More about me.... I'm tragically confused about sexual identity, and have went from straight, to bi, to straight, to gay, to just recently deciding I'm bi again. I find it hard to truly love people..... I have used both genders for my physical pleasures, and one girl once called me a woman-using pig. If a girl, or even a guy for that matter, could stand up to par with me in looks and mind, perhaps I would be otherwise. Apologies again..... I had a recent little episode, so romance is on my mind. Anything anybody wants to know, just ask..... I'd be happy to answer. And thank you everyone for the gracious hellos, stay in touch.
know_buddy_kares Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 hm... i like this one... she's arrogant like me
