Yamaha Dd55 Electronic Drum Set

So I have this drum machine but when I interface with sonair I loose some of the drums. We were using an adaptor we got at guitar center for about 65 bux and it wasn't working so we look in the book and online and all we are finding is that we MUST (???) use the above mentioned adaptor which by the way.....costs more than the damn drum machine itself???

Anyone know of one cheaper that will work this thing is like $350!!!

  It's still too cold to function properly. I'm going to have to wait for weather of consecutive days of 45 degrees and above before I can handle things the way I need to. A.I. is predicting this type of weather to be arriving by tomorrow. We shall see.

  Bout to go to my friend's shop to fix my car (needs new head gasket). Should be nice, 80 degrees and sunny today in Co Springs so I'm kind of looking forward to it, as much as I hate turning wrenches anymore... Having wheels again wiill be even nicer! Wish me luck I don't run into any other issues and this head gasket replacement goes well!
