Maybelline Superaway Lipcolor Remover

I love the semi-permanent type lipsticks like Lipfinity and my favorite, the Maybelline Superstay lipcolor. Stuff lasts forever, sometimes even overnight.

The trouble comes when it's time to take it off. Seems like it's like paint - need sandpaper to get it off! I tried olive oil, various makeup removers, and the only way it really comes off well was to just let it dry out and rub it off with a tissue, leaving my lips dry and ouch, it hurt.

I did a bit of net research and found Maybelline Superaway, got some today at Walgreens. I had to ask for it at the counter since they had it hidden back behind some stuff, would never have found it. Nobody else seems to carry it.

wow. It just MELTS the lipstick away. I love love this stuff. I'll probably buy one every time I go in there so I have some if they quit making it.

I use the Maybelline superstays. Mineral Oil works great for me. Not only does it take the lipstick off - including the darkest reds - but it also is handy for taking off the permanent marker they put on the back of your hand at CC! :D

I'll have to remember both of those tips. I just threw out my two lip colors like that because it was such a pain to take them off. Day late and a dollar short, but now I can get new colors and try again! Thanks for the tips gals!

I have always bragged about the Superstay lipcolor. The Superaway lipcolor remover is also the shit. I swear by it.

'bout time. I stopped wearing them because my lips were wearing thin trying to chisel that crap off everynight.
