Very weird and good night! The set was good, danced, saw several DGNers that I havn't seen in awhile, and had a terrifyingly eye opening experience at Lucy & Ethels after! LOL Good times...

I had a great time last night. The first DJ played a bunch of old school tunes: The Cure, Joy Division, Orgy ( cover of Blue Monday ) etc.

.... there was a track right before Depeche Mode that I'm dying to find out who it's by. Hope the set-list gets posted!

It was an ok night. Daevion, Belle Morte (the first one), me and a CC virgin (gothicravengoddess) came out and stayed until 2am. Just the usual stuff.

If I recall, think I played Keef Baker "Derbyshire Dark" before Depeche Mode (the playlist is on my laptop -I'm on my big honking PC... and it's a rainy Sunday and I'm to WAYYYYY too lazy to drag it out right now LOL - but I will post the playlist soon)

Anyways that Keef Baker disc ("Red Eye" on Hymen Records) is really REALLY good. HIGHLY recommended.

I was kinda tired and wasn't originally intending to go that night, but all in all I had a fun time. My friend Dani found a girl to play with and my boyfriend and I had fun and made out a little in the corner.

I had one encounter there that was really kinda saddening and disappointing, but in the end, it made me appreciate my boyfriend even more, so I guess all was well there too.
