I HATE SPRINT/NEXTEL I HATE CINGULAR The New AT&T I HATE DETROIT BUILDING DEPARTMENT Has anyone had good customer service lately? I mean come on! this is getting rediculous. I have been disputing with Sprint for the past four months about some equipment that we never got. They've told me repeatedly this issue was going to be resolved, and it's STILL in dispute. I'm so tired of this company. I want to scream!!!! Please share more of your customer service rants here. I need to feel like I'm not the only person that is getting bad customer service. OH and when I talk, i swear that I'm speaking a foreign language, cause most people seem to have a hard time understanding me. I know I'm Korean, my first language spoken was korean, and I know i have a midwestern accent (NO ASIAN ACCENT OF ANY KIND). People have told me that they've thought that I was white before they met me (after only having communications over the phone). what the heck is their problem?!?!?! *SHAKES ANGRY FIST*

I always remind myself that I don't want to come across like the customer's I have to deal with, but I agree that there are times when I get so p*ssed dealing with some of these businesses I am frothing at the mouth by the time I hang up the phone.

"Common sense isn't common" became my personal motto when I started working at Jimmy John's. I had it put on a plaque when I started working front desk at Comfort Inn. (no joke)

I've worked in a LOT of customer service types of jobs, and I don't believe I was ever as unhelpful as these people seem to be. I don't think people take pride in their work anymore *sighs* it's so sad.

I had Sprint for 6 years, I had similar problems that were a hassle, but didn't really affect my service. Since signing with them again a few months ago from Verizon (talk about a HEADACHE they sold me a phone for a specific feature, that it would not work for. Then refused to fix it) .... we've had similar issues again. Usually the, "Oh, I'm sorry, we'll take care of that right away, I'm sorry you've had to call more than once." Then they do nothing. Recently, we've found going INTO the actual Sprint store helps with that "We'll fix it." issue, it's usually done right there before we leave.
