I went to refill my prescription for generic Wellbutrin today, figuring it'd be maybe around $25 for the generic.

Holy shit. It's $129.

I can borrow the cash off my dad if I have to. But I'd rather not.

If you have any sitting around that you're not taking, I'd appreciate your considering passing it on to me. I can show you my bottle to prove I have a legit scrip.

I take 300mgs a day of the XR form. I can switch to the other type if I have to.

I've got about 4 tablets left. If I don't get any offers, I'll have to borrow the cash from my Dad Monday.

If this doesn't work, talk to your doctor. There's a good chance he/she has some sample packs lying around, and often they give them out in just these types of situations. Good luck.

Thanks. I had actually thought of that. But I'm actually between doctors right now. The other one kept charging us for missed appointments, even though I told them Jon works service and we don't know what his schedule is going to be hour to hour, much less week to week or a month ahead of time. $25 for a missed appointment, and $5.00 to bill us for it. They're on the "we'll pay them off when we're done paying off the debtors at the front of the line first" list. Damn good doctor, but the office policies suck.

Pops is going to lend me the $$ gladly. It just sucks right now because Jon went from weekly paychecks to bi-weekly, and the first check will already be paying a rent that'll be 7 days late. Basically, the first 3 paychecks will be paying off money lent by my dad to get us through this transition. Once we do, things should be pretty sweet financially. It's just this interim stuff that sucks.
