Yup yup - tomorrow I go to sign papers to get my first home and it is free. I found it online and the owner just wants to give it to someone that could really use it since he got it for free and has no need for it.

The place needs a little bit of work of course (not much really) but hell, for free you can't beat that.

So needless to say I am happy happy happy.

Can't wait.

I found it on cragslist and I had to work fast because three other people were after it. I actually had to pay $20

for taxes but other than that - natta.

It's a mobile with an add on room and a 20x8 ' deck. It also came with an awesome black wood entertainment center and all the appliances - washer/dryer/air conditioner/microwave - can't turn that down.
